The Arbat Nord, opened in 2003, is located on a quiet side street in the center of St. Petersburg, not far from the Fontanka River and the Summer Garden. One of the new generation of small, up-market private hotels in the city, the Arbat Nord has 33 comfortable, modern rooms and an excellent, accommodating staff.
