The Neptun Hotel's Gulfstream Restaurant has seating for up to 130 customers, and serves an uninspiring but adequate range of European and Russian dishes in a pleasantly modern interior. It can also be used to host banquets and corporate entertainment. There is a separate bar section. Buffet breakfast is served in the Gulfstream daily for all guests. All major credit cards accepted.

There are three more small bars in the hotel, the Lobby Bar, Red Room and Admiral. All unremarkable, the latter two are conveniently close to the conference halls.
