Fontanka 99 Mini-Hotel: Rooms & Suites

There are only four rooms at the Fontanka 99 Mini-Hotel, all pleasantly decorated, with comfortable modern furniture. Although rooms are fairly small, large windows and high ceilings help to create an air of space, and central air-conditioning keeps rooms at a comfortable temperature year round. Two of the rooms have views over the Fontanka River, and two face the hotel's quiet inner courtyard. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with modern plumbing and fittings.

Single Room

The two Single Rooms at the Fontanka 99 Mini-Hotel measure only ten square meters each, but manage to accommodate a single bed, a writing desk and an armchair, and can even fit an extra bed if necessary (available for an additional fee). With a good range of in-room amenities and attractive decor, single rooms are excellent value if you're traveling alone.

Double Room

The Fontanka 99's two Double Rooms measure a reasonable 16 square meters, and have double or twin single beds at guests' request. They can even sleep three at a push, with an additional bed available for a small extra fee. Furniture and decor are appealingly simple and tasteful, and include writing desk and armchair. Large windows and high ceilings permit plenty of natural light.
