Breakfast is served for all guests in L'Europe Restaurant daily from 7am to 10.30am, accompanied by live harp music. Room service is also available 24 hours a day.
The Grand Hotel Europe's flagship restaurant serves up superb French and European haute cuisine in a beautifully restored Art Nouveau interior. Supervised by an acclaimed French head chef, the menu of supremely luxurious dishes is regularly revised and updated, and L'Europe also offers a list of fine wines from around the world, as well as an impressive selection of cigars to round off the perfect meal. There is live music to accompany dinner every evening in the restaurant, and the restaurant has a popular Jazz Brunch on Sundays between 12.30pm and 4pm.

Chopsticks restaurant at the Grand Hotel Europe offers an authentic menu of Cantonese and Szechwan delicacies, and is rightly considered to be the best Chinese restaurant in St. Petersburg. Under the auspices of Head Chef Ho Shao Nam, Chopsticks serves up an ever-changing array of spicy and exotic dishes, with top-quality ingredients imported directly from China. The entrance is elegant and subdued, and there is seating on the street in summer.

The Europe's Lobby Bar is not your average hotel lounge, with an impressive late Tsarist interior and a superb range of luxury cocktails - the barman's speciality is a variety hot cocktails to warm you up in the winter months. The Lobby Bar also serves up light snacks, and a range of fine teas and coffees. The bar also has a well stocked humidor, and features live jazz and blues daily between 10pm and 1am.

This bright and airy cafe on the first floor of the Grand Hotel Europe has a large glass roof that provides plenty of natural light all year round. It serves up an excellent range of pastries and confections created on-site in the hotel's bakery, and a selection of fine teas and coffees to accompany them.

The Grand Hotel Europe also has its own high-class Italian restaurant, serving up delicious seafood, fresh antipasti and homemade pasts with a range of superb sauces. As elegant as the rest of the hotel, Rossi's has a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, but nonetheless offers excellent service and food prepared to exacting standards.
