Opened in 2002, the Guesthouse offers seven simply furnished, unpretentious rooms at reasonable rates, and a range of extra travel services for guests, all provided by the mini-hotel's experienced and friendly staff. The Guesthouse is just behind the Oktyabrskiy Concert Hall, a couple of minutes' walk from Moscow Station and Nevsky Prospekt, St. Petersburg's famous central thoroughfare. Although very central, the Guesthouse enjoys a relatively peaceful setting on an almost traffic-free side street. The surrounding area has plenty of good shops and restaurants. Transport links are very good, with numerous bus services running along Nevsky Prospekt, and Ploschad Vosstaniya Metro Station under five minutes' walk away.
