Before you submit your booking request to St. Petersburg Hotels, please ensure that you have thoroughly read and understood the conditions of use below. By submitting a booking request to us, you signify that you accept all these conditions.
If you use St. Petersburg Hotels to book accommodation, then you make a contract with St. Petersburg Hotels JSC, and not with any individual hotel. Therefore, any changes, cancellations or claims should be addressed to St. Petersburg Hotels directly in writing according to the procedures detailed below. By making or altering your booking arrangements directly with the hotel, you will automatically forfeit your right to the discounted rates available exclusively through St. Petersburg Hotels.
You may pay for your booking with St. Petersburg Hotels in a variety of ways. If you submit your credit card details through our online booking system then, unless you request otherwise, we will draw on your credit card for the full cost of the accommodation you have booked three working days before your booking begins. The information you submit, including your credit card details, will be encrypted and protected using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, and will only be used to secure and pay for the booking you request. We store all our customers' details in a secure off-line database to help us with future bookings. You can also submit your credit card details by telephone or fax, but St. Petersburg Hotels cannot confirm your booking until we have received them.
St. Petersburg Hotels will also accept payment via bankers' transfer or by cash via Western Union. If are not paying by credit card, then St. Petersburg Hotels will not be able to confirm your booking until payment has been received in full for your booking. If you wish to pay by alternative means, please contact St. Petersburg Hotels directly for details.
If you want to cancel your booking with St. Petersburg Hotels, then you must do so in writing either by fax (+ 7 812 303 8648) or email (sales@st-petersburg-hotels.com), or by telephoning the company office on +7 (812) 303-8647, Monday - Friday, from 10am to 10pm GMT+3. St. Petersburg Hotels will not accept as valid any cancellations arranged directly with individual hotels, and will bill clients for the original booking regardless.
St. Petersburg Hotels will make cancellations FREE OF CHARGE, provided that we receive notification company office hours at least 48 hours before you are scheduled to check in to your hotel. Some hotels may operate more rigorous cancellation policies, and it is the client's obligation to check their booking confirmation for details of the applicable cancellation deadline. If you cancel in writing, then it is your obligation to ensure that your fax or email reaches us during company office hours before the cancellation deadline.
A client's failure to arrive at the hotel without first canceling their reservation by one of the above methods ("no-show") or any cancellations made after the applicable cancellation deadline are subject to a penalty, equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation for each room reserved.
Alterations to bookings are dependent on availability, and will be made FREE OF CHARGE, provided that St. Petersburg Hotels is notified of the client's desires before the applicable cancellation deadline. St. Petersburg Hotels will not accept as valid any alterations arranged directly with individual hotels, and will bill clients for the original booking regardless.
Requests for alterations to bookings should be made by email to sales@st-petersburg-hotels.com or by fax to + 7 (812) 303 8648, and must be available to St. Petersburg Hotels staff during company office hours (Weekdays, 10am - 10pm, GMT +3) before the applicable cancellation deadline (see booking confirmation for details).
Clients may also extend or shorten their reservation at a given hotel as long as they inform Moscow Hotels of the request by telephone or one of the three methods above at least 24 hours before their original check-out time. The hotel must also be informed of the client's wish to extend or shorten their stay and ensure that the hotel's records are changed accordingly. St. Petersburg Hotels cannot guarantee that all alterations to bookings will be accommodated, and cannot guarantee that, if it is possible to alter your booking, the rates will be the same for the altered booking as for the original booking.
While St. Petersburg Hotels goes to every length to ensure that the information contained on www.st-petersburg-hotels.com is accurate, the company accepts no liability for any errors and/or omissions that may occur. St. Petersburg Hotels reserves the right to alter published information at any time and without prior notice.
If any problem or complaint arises in connection with services booked through St. Petersburg Hotels, the client must inform St. Petersburg Hotels as soon as possible, so that the situation can be rectified quickly and efficiently. St. Petersburg Hotels will do everything in its powers to resolve complaints or problems during the client's stay. If any issues remain unresolved, then the client must notify St. Petersburg Hotels in writing within three days of the end of the service being provided. A copy of the complaint must also be submitted to and signed by the manager of the hotel in question. If a client fails to follow this procedure this may hinder St. Petersburg Hotels' ability to rectify the complaint and to reduce or resolve any claim that the client may have.

Every effort has been made to describe accommodation and services as accurately as possible. However, St. Petersburg Hotels accepts no responsibility for the temporary unavailability of facilities or amenities, hotel renovations, or any aspects of accommodation that are not suited to the individual's tastes or preferences. Redecoration and maintenance is necessary to the upkeep of any hotel and may take place without prior warning. The effects of normal wear and tear are to be expected in a hotel and these are beyond our control. St. Petersburg Hotels accepts no responsibility for any inconvenience or damage to the client beyond the company's control or for accidents in a hotel or losses caused by the hotel management or staff.
