The Ladoga can offer guests three conference halls and a smaller meeting room to conduct all types of corporate event and private party. For business travelers, the hotel offers a business center with high-speed Internet access, a computer, a photocopier and a fax machine. Secretarial, translation and typing services are also available.
Conference Halls
The Ladoga's three conference halls are all on the ground floor of the hotel. Simply furnished and equipped with quality basic technical equipment, they have flexible seating and can be used to host any type of small-scale corporate event. Hall 1 measures 72 square meters, and can seat up to 60. Hall 2 covers 60 square meters, and can seat up to 50. Hall 3 has seating for 40 in its 40 square meters. All conference halls have air conditioning, and Halls 2 and 3 are close enough to the hotel's restaurant to be used as banquet halls if required.

The smaller Meeting Room is designed for negotiations and corporate training exercises. It measures around 27 square meters, and can seat 15 delegates.
