The Marshal Hotel markets itself predominantly to a business clientele and, as well as its small business center, which offers a range of services including computer hire, fax, copying and printing, the hotel has two meeting rooms that can be used by guests wishing to arrange small- scale events and meetings. The larger of the two rooms also houses the exhibits of a small museum in honour of Marshl Gustav Mannerheim, after whom the hotel is named. It has seating for between 20 and 25 in a variety of formats. The smaller room can seat between 10 and 12.
