Perhaps the most conveniently located of the city's large 3-Star hotels, the Moskva stands at one end of Nevsky Prospekt, St. Petersburg's celebrated central street, and has excellent transportation links to all St. Petersburg's main attractions (there is a metro station directly underneath the hotel).
