All rooms at the Moscow Hotel have been recently renovated, and now contain simple modern furniture and fittings. They offer standard 3-star accommodation with few frills or luxuries, although the hotel's suites represent excellent value for money considering their size and the amenities provided. A quirk of the Moscow Hotel is that there are no double beds except in suites. All rooms have en suite bathrooms with modern plumbing and fixtures.

Clean and cozy, these small rooms provide just enough space for one guest, and are decorated with extreme simplicity. The interiors have few pretensions to style, and furniture and decor are practical and inoffensive. Single Rooms are equipped with one single bed, coffee table and chairs.

For reasons known only to the hotel's management, the Moskva has no double rooms, so guests have to make do with the hotels Deluxe Twin Rooms, with separate single beds. All twin rooms have been recently renovated and, although the decor is nothing special, they do now feature simple modern furniture in neutral, inoffensive shades. Measuring approximately 13 square meters, Deluxe Twin Rooms are not large, but their layout provides a reasonable level of comfort for two. Furniture includes twin single beds and a seating area with coffee table and chairs. For an extra fee, a third bed can be installed in twin rooms on request.

The Moskva Hotel's small but recently renovated suites offer excellent value for money, with plenty of space to accommodate two in comfort. Measuring roughly 25 square meters, they are divided into bedroom with King-size bed, and sitting room with coffee table, sofa and two armchairs. Decor is simple but pleasant, with discrete, pale tones used throughout. An extra bed can be installed in Suites for an additional fee.

The Moscow Hotel's two three-room Apartments offer plenty of space at reasonable prices. Recently renovated, with pleasant, airy interiors and parquet floors, Apartments are fully equipped for work, entertaining, and relaxation. Measuring approximately 50 square meters, they are divided into a bedroom with King-size bed; a living room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table; and a study with a writing desk and a sofa. Extra beds can be placed in Apartments for an additional fee.
En suite bathrooms have separate bath and shower, bidet and WC, and Apartments also have a separate guest WC.
