The Novotel St. Petersburg Centre Hotel was designed with business travelers in mind, so it's no surprise that the conference facilities are some of the smartest and best equipped in St. Petersburg. The hi-tech conference center has seven separate halls with flexible seating and a range of different layouts that can comfortably accommodate up to 120 delegates for individual events. Named after famous capitals, all seven halls feature the latest presentational and conference equipment, and have Wi-Fi coverage throughout.

The two smallest halls, London and Rome, are 25 square meters in area, and can seat up to 20 people. One hall stands adjacent to the Novotel's main restaurant, making it ideal for events which include a meal. The other five halls - Moscow, Berlin, Paris, St. Petersburg and Madrid, are arranged in a circle on the second floor of the hotel, and each measure 50 square meters in area, with seating for up to 50. Sliding walls make it possible to combine pairs of conference halls to create larger spaces with seating for up to 120. The Novotel's staff are ready to help with conference planning, and to provide coffee breaks and other refreshments during events. St. Petersburg Novotel Center has a well developed business infrastructure. The conference centre houses seven halls convenient for all types of business meeting and corporate event, and a well equipped business center, which offers business travelers of office equipment and services. The whole area of the conference center is covered by Wi-Fi Internet access. Coffee breaks can be organized during events.
