There are two restaurants and two bars available for guests at the Okhtinskya-Victoria Hotel. There are two breakfast options on offer, a buffet breakfast served between 8am and 11am in the 1st Floor Restaurant, and a set breakfast in the 2nd Floor Restaurant at the same times.
1st Floor Restaurant
The Okhtinskaya's first-floor restaurant serves up a varied and interesting menu of Russian and International cuisine in a colorful, cozy interior with seating for up to 100.

2nd Floor Restaurant
The hotel's main restaurant is located on the second floor, and has seating for up to 200 guests, making it useful for groups and private parties. The menu features a large choice of Russian and European dishes, and the restaurant offers a set menu lunch.
