The Okhtinskaya-Victoria Hotel has limited but well equipped facilities for hosting small and medium sized meetings and conferences. The two spaces available at the hotel are very cheap, although the hotel does charge extra for the use of most technical equipment.

The Conference Hall is approximately 98 square meters in area, and decorated in shades of beige and off-white. It can seat up to 80 participants in theatre format, and half that number for round-table events. The Conference Hall has a large projection screen and a wide range of audio and video equipment is available.

The Okhtinskaya's smaller Meeting Room is laid out as a boardroom, with a long central table and 16 comfortable armchairs. Measuring 32 square meters, the room is bright and decorated in neutral off-white shades. The Meeting Room has a projection screen, and a wide range of audio and video equipment is available for an extra charge.
