The Oktyabrskaya's Main Building contains 57 Studios. These cozy two-room apartments measure 32 square meters, and comprise a bedroom and living room joined by a large archway. Decorated in pleasant, pale colors, with comfortable, brightly colored soft furnishings and wall-to-wall carpets throughout, Studios are compact but airy. Furniture in Studios includes either one King-size or twin single beds, a writing desk and chair, sofa, two armchairs and coffee table. Soft, modern wall lighting adds to the warmth of the decor. Echoing the grandeur of the Oktyabrskaya's past, Two-Room Suites feature plush soft furnishings and rich, dark-wood fittings. Furniture includes King-size and spacious wardrobe in the bedroom and, in the living room, there are comfortable armchairs and sofa, as well as a large writing desk and chair. Decorated in an elegant contemporary style, Three-Room Suites have off-white walls, parket floors with brightly colored rugs, and smart modern of pale wood. The large living room is divided by screens into a comfortable relaxation area with ample soft furnishings, soft lighting and a coffee table; and a dining area with table and chairs. The large bedroom contains a King-size bed, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. All Three-room Suites face out on to Ligovskiy Prospekt. There is a small entrance hall in all Suites.
