The Park Inn Pulkovskaya Hotel has long been one of the most popular venues in St. Petersburg for large-scale corporate events, thanks to its convenience for the city's two airports and its large, modern Congress Center, which has 10 purpose-built halls with an excellent range of hi-tech conference and presentational equipment. Among other advantages, the Congress Center has its own 40-space car park. The Pulkovskaya's experienced staff are on hand to help with arrangements, and the Congress Center is right next to the hotel's Turku Restaurant, which is designed to host corporate banquets and coffee breaks.
The largest space in the Pulkovskaya's Congress Center is the 627-square-meter Congress Hall, a theatre with nine rows of seating for up to 500 delegates. Air-conditioned, and equipped with modern interpreting technology, the Congress Hall also has a separate entrance, and its own cloakroom and toilets. It is joined to the smart 30-seater Board Room, which is designed for round-table meetings, and can be used as an auxiliary space for preparation during large-scale events.
The Congress Center's three Conference Halls, called Honey, Cream and Caramel, each cover 92 square meters, and have extremely flexible seating arrangements that can accommodate between 40 and 80 delegates. The three rooms are divided with soundproof sliding screens that can be withdrawn to create a larger space with seating for up to 200. An even larger space can be created by joining the Conference Halls to the Congress Center's Turku Restaurant, making a banquet hall for up to 500 guests.
Finally, there are two smaller meeting rooms in the Pulkovskaya's Congress Center, the 36-square-meter Tea Room, which has seating for up to 20, and the Coffee Room, which measures 17 square meters, and has seating for 15.
