The Park Inn Pulkovskaya's Standard Single Rooms are, at 17 square meters, not particularly large, but are made to seem more spacious by their simple, attractive furniture in pale wood, and welcoming soft lighting. They are furnished with a queensize double bed, writing desk and chair, and also have a comfortable seating area with coffee table, armchair and standard lamp. All single rooms face the hotel's peaceful inner courtyard.

Measuring 25 square meters, and decorated in restful shades of beige and off-white, with welcoming soft lighting, Standard Doubles have plenty of room to accommodate two in comfort. Rooms are furnished with one Queen-size or bed, writing desk, coffee table and armchairs. Standard Doubles either overlook Victory Square, or the Pulkovskaya's peaceful inner courtyard.

Like all rooms at the Park Inn Pulkovskaya, Suites have been recently renovated, and are decorated in restful shades of pale beige and gold, with most furniture of pale natural wood. Bedrooms have either one kingsize or twin single beds, and a large dressing table. Sitting rooms are furnished with a writing desk and chair, leather sofa and armchairs (the sofa can be converted into an extra double bed if required) and coffee table.
The large en suite bathrooms have combined bath-and-shower, bidet and WC.

The Pulkovskaya's lone Business Suite is the largest and most luxurious room at the hotel. It combines the comfort and convenience of the Pulkovskaya's regular suites with an extra office space that allows guests to work, receive visitors and arrange meetings in-room. The Business Suite measures 50 square meters, and is entered through a small hallway with large wall-mirror and wardrobe. The bedroom has a kingsize double bed and a large dressing table. In the sitting room there is plenty of space to relax, with a smart leather sofa and armchairs around a coffee table. The sofa can be converted into a second double bed if required. The office has a bureau, a boardroom table for meetings, and a corner sofa.
