The Petro Palace has two large spaces for conferences and presentations, and three smaller meeting rooms for more intimate appointments. The Nevsky Conference Hall, on the ground floor, can seat up to 120 people, with flexible seating arrangements for all types of corporate event. The hall measures 108 square meters, and has wall-length windows which create a bright and pleasant working atmosphere. There is also a podium, and a large (3 x 2.5m) projection screen. The Nevsky Conference Hall is also available for banquets or receptions.

The Oak Banquet Hall is designed primarily for entertaining, but can also be used for meetings and conference events. Located on the first floor of the hotel, its elegant interior features oak paneling throughout, and large bow windows. It has seating for up to 80 people, and furniture is easily rearranged according to clients' wishes.

The Petro Palace also has three Meeting Rooms, with seating for 10 to 15 delegates. These rooms are simple and business-like, with soberly elegant decoration.
