Barbazan Restaurant
Named in honor of the spice merchant for whom the Radisson's 18th century mansion was originally built, the Barbazan Restaurant offers innovative fusion cuisine, mixing Latin American, Asian and European influences, with dishes featuring an abundance of fresh and exotic fruit and vegetables. The Barbazan's stylish interior features pale walls and dark wood furniture, and the restaurant's centerpiece is a glass-walled walk-in wine cellar, where customers can chose from carefully selected fine wines from Europe and the New World. The Barbazan is not cheap, but the food is excellent and original.
Open daily from 7am to 11pm. Live guitar music every evening.
All major credit cards accepted.
Canelle Bar
Before Radisson bought the building, this space on the hotel's ground floor was occupied by the Siagon Cafe, which became famous as a bohemian hangout during Perestroika. It is now a comfortable cocktail bar serving a wide range of food and drink in a relaxing interior with plenty of soft furnishings and decor in relaxing shades of red and brown. The Canelle Bar has excellent street views from its large arch windows.
