There are nine rooms at the Staronevsky Dom, all measuring between 20 and 22 square meters. These spacious, comfortable rooms are decorated in shades of red and yellow, or pale blue. Rooms face either a quiet side street, or the hotel's pretty courtyard. Rooms are furnished either with one double or twin single beds, and also have a sofa that can be converted into an extra sleeping space if required. There is also a writing desk and a variety of chairs in each room. Five rooms are on the first floor, and four on the second.

There is a bathroom with combined bath-and-shower, bidet, and WC on each floor.
